You agree to engage in our ”Service” upon accessing, using or browsing the website.

Contract of Sale
A contract for the sale and purchase of goods will only be formed with you if we, at our discretion, accept an order for goods from you. Unless we notify you prior in writing, acceptance of your order occurs when we:
Have received your payment in full;
Have received your full contact details including your full name, email address, phone number, recipient’s full name, delivery address and delivery date; and
contact you, by email (or otherwise), confirming your order.
You can place an order via our website (nuukit.com).
To secure your order we require full payment of the purchase price via payment gateway on our website. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been successfully processed and, until we have your full contact details and your recipient’s full delivery details.
Substitution Policy
Products
We ensure that all products leave our warehouse in sealed and brand new condition.
We make attempts to ensure that all parcels are packed and sealed securely before they are shipped out.
There may be unforeseen circumstances where parcels experience wear and tear during transit. During these unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to communicate with our courier service, the purchaser and, provide a fair and appropriate decision accordingly.
By accepting these Terms, you recognise that your recipients may receive products that are not exactly or precise to the initial order specifications, but products received will be of equal or great value.
Delivery of Goods
Nuukit PLT attempts to ensure that all goods are delivered in decent and new condition.

Free Malaysia-wide delivery with a total purchase of MYR50.00 and above in one single transaction
Standard shipping (Estimated)
West Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days
East Malaysia: 5 - 7 working days
Return Policy
We strive to ensure the delivery of your order on time and in the best condition.
Due to the nature of our food products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, we regret to inform you that returns are not accepted. Our commitment to quality and freshness means that once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of food safety and integrity. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address them promptly. Thank you for choosing us for your culinary needs.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellation of a purchase within 7 hours of payment. If your request falls within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued promptly. Please note that once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation will not be available. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number, contact email, phone number, name, and any other relevant details. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

All personal information provided to us are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be shared to any third party unless legally required to do so by the Malaysian law.
We disclose information only to those of our employees and contractors that require your information to complete an order or to resolve an issue regarding an order.
