We currently ship within Malaysia only. We offer free shipping on selected bundles. Stay tuned as we continue to expand!

Q: When will my orders arrive?
After placing your orders, it will take up to 3 – 7 business days to receive your shipment. The holiday seasons might cause possible delays.

Q: Can I order only one box of Nuukit
No. Unfortunately, it’s not currently economical for us to support shipping single box orders.
Q: Are you on Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok Shop?
Yes we are! However, our website offers lower prices than these platforms especially for bundle deals.
Q: Can I make a custom order?
At the moment, we are unable to accommodate customized cases beyond the options displayed on our website. However, this is a feature we may explore offering in the future!
Q: How do I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up 1-2 days for the tracking information to update. Once updated, you can easily track your order's progress as it makes its way to you.

Q: How many servings are there in a box?
One serving per box.
Q: Are all microwave suitable for cooking?
Our noodles are intended for single round microwave cooking, ideally with a microwave of at least 800 watts. Lower wattage microwaves may still be used, but may require a longer cooking time than indicated.
Q: Can I microwave the noodles in the packaging they come in?
No, please transfer the noodles to the microwave-safe bowl provided before microwaving.
Q: Do I need to add water to the noodles before microwaving?
Yes, make sure to add water until covering noodles in the bowl provided before microwaving.
